COVID-19

On Tuesday (March 17) night the elders discussed the current Corona virus situation and our state government’s requirement to keep group meetings to ten or fewer.  There are biblical principles we also kept in mind:
1) Don’t forsake the assembly (Heb10)
2) obey the governing authorities (Rom13)
3) be wise (Proverbs)

In our discussion we decided to cancel church functions until the end of the governor’s quarantine orders (April 24).  We are discussing the situation and will figure out how we will be able to make sure you can hear the preaching of the Word each Lord’s Day.  We also want to make sure that we follow the Bible’s call for us to keep meeting together, even if it has to be in smaller groups.

We will certainly be praying for you during this time and are very much available to talk and to pray.  Please pray for one another, and remember that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ.
